PROPLAT.TO in EKONOM magazine – Investments in P2P loans are on the rise.

“Investing in so-called peer to peer lending, where investors compound directly on the loans of specific borrowers, is one of the fastest growing areas of new financial technology. Their market has been growing at more than 40 percent a year since 2014, according to an analysis by US bank Morgan Stanley.”

P2P factoring is not exactly a loan. The comparison between investing in an invoice with a 60-day maturity and a home loan with a maturity of five or more years is probably not entirely accurate, but it is certainly an article that provides interesting information about the operational financing service and the P2P investment market.
